Mô tả việc làm• Submit weekly report to manager/superior reflecting accurate update on goods purchased and highlighting any issues.• Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency• Perform other duties assigned or as instructed by the manager• Maintain database – update and file all material requisitions, quotations and purchase orders as per company’s SOP• Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers• Negotiate and co-ordinate with supplier and cross-functional department for best possible price purchase and delivery time with the quality required for the project.• Prepare and distribute procurement and delivery report to respective department timely.• Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure• Keep abreast of market/price situation and conduct regular price comparison• Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support production and project.• Liaise and build good rapport with suppliers and internal team and other departments (relationship management).• Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending• Taking responsibility for purchasing of goods during all stages from material requisition (MR) till purchase order (PO) closed in the system.• Generate purchase order and forward to respective suppliers.• Coordinate with store to check stock levels as required and place order as needed• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries• Liaise with Supply Chain Manager for any improvement to the purchasing process/flow/system to enhance the work efficiency and effectiveness.• Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company’s SOP• Source and procure materials or equipment according to project requirements (RFQ/BOM).• Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies• Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable dealsYêu cầu công việc- Good knowledge in Technical/ Electronics components.- Experience in a multi-national or global company or supply chain would be advantageous special knowledge- Bachelor degree in economic,Engineering, foreign trade, foreign language- At least 3 years experience in electronics sourcing field- Good at in English.- Proficiency in microsoft tools- Knowledge of supply chain managementOther requires:- Aggressive and well-organized.- Carefully.- Strong negotiation skills- Analytical skills- Pro-active self-starter who can work with initiative and high energyQuyền lợi được hưởng- Allowance for Gas, lunch, phone- Dynamic, creative working environment, periodic review of salary increase and bonus- Shuttle bus from Hanoi city and neighboring provinces.- Travel, team building annually with the company.- 12 days of annual paid leave.- Opportunities for training and fostering skills and knowledge- Holiday Bonus- Health insurance, unemployment insurance, Health insurance, – Health insurance, unemployment insurance, Medical insurance, Accident insurance 24/7.Thông tin khácThông tin cơ bảnĐịa điểm: – Bắc Ninh: KCN dịch vụ và đô thị VSIP Bắc Ninh, Từ SơnMức lương:Thoả thuậnHạn nộp hồ sơ: 26-01-2023Chức vụ: Nhân ViênHình thức: Toàn thời gianKinh nghiệm: 3 nămSố lượng: 2 NgườiTrình độ: Đang cập nhậtNộp hồ sơ liên hệ Unigen Vietnam HanoiNộp hồ sơ ngay
