Lĩnh vực đào tạo của KOTO là nghiệp vụ bàn – bar và bếp.KOTO là một doanh nghiệp xã hội hoạt động nhân đạo, đào tạo hướng nghiệp, giáo dục định hướng và tạo công ăn việc làm cho các thanh thiếu niên đường phố, lang thang cơ nhỡ có hoàn cảnh khó khăn. Lĩnh vực đào tạo của KOTO là nghiệp vụ bàn – bar và bếp. KOTO hiện tại có 04 cơ sở: 1. Trung tâm Dạy nghề Nhân đạo KOTO có trụ sở tại số 710b Lạc Long Quân – quận Tây Hồ – Hà Nội. 2. Nhà hàng KOTO đóng tại 59 Văn Miếu – quận Đống Đa – Hà Nội. 3. Trung tâm Dạy nghề Nhân đạo KOTO tại TP HCM, số 59 đường 10 KDC Nam Long, P.Tân Thuận Đông, Quận 7, TPHCM. 4. Nhà hàng KOTO tại số 151A Hai Bà Trưng, Q3, TPHCM. Các học viên được nhận vào đào tạo ở KOTO được miễn 100% học phí, được chu cấp ăn ở và chăm sóc y tế hoàn toàn miễn phí. Ngoài ra các em còn được chu cấp sinh hoạt phí hàng tháng từ 600 đến 900 nghìn đồng. Nơi ở của các em được xây dựng theo mô hình gia đình với đầy đủ các trang thiết bị sinh hoạt cơ bản, có các mẹ nuôi chăm lo đến sức khỏe và sinh hoạt để các em luôn thấy mình sống trong một gia đình và được quan tâm chăm sóc. KOTO tự hào là một trong số ít những trung tâm dạy nghề mà 100% học viên ra trường có được công ăn việc làm. Đa số các học viên của KOTO sau khi ra trường được nhận vào làm việc tại các khách sạn, các khu nghỉ dưỡng tiêu chuẩn quốc tế hoặc các nhà hàng cao cấp. Trải qua thời gian hoạt động hơn 10 năm, KOTO đã đào tạo được hơn 500 học viên, biến những trẻ em lang thang đường phố, có hoàn cảnh khó khăn, trở thành những con người có nghề nghiệp chuyên môn, có định hướng cho tương lai, có ý thức và khả năng giúp ích cho gia đình và xã hội. KOTO ngay từ ngày đầu thành lập đã được xây dựng trên mô hình là một doanh nghiệp xã hội với cam kết toàn bộ lợi nhuận của Công ty sẽ được đầu tư trở lại vào các em học viên và trong suốt thời gian hoạt động vừa qua chúng tôi luôn thực hiện tốt cam kết này.
