* Job Purpose Summary:
The Technical Program Management person act as an important role of communication window between Unigen with Customer for the New Product Introduction, quoting process, negotiating with the Customer on the manufacturing contract and manufacturing service detail, managing the prototype project launching and the result of the Customer approval for mass production.
* Description of responsibilities:
– Managing Request For Quote activity (RFQ)
– Managing Prototype Build phase (NPI build)
– Managing Change of BOM/ Design during Prototype phase
– Main communication window between Unigen and Customer for the new project
– Ensuring the readiness for mass production when handover to Production Program management.

* University of Engineering
* 3 years experience in the electronic manufacturing company
* Competencies required for the job
Engineering:
– Capable to read and understanding the Electronic Bill of Material (BOM)
– Capable to read and understanding the Engineering Drawing (Assembly, Mechanical Part…)
– Using related engineering software (CAM, CAD…) to review the engineering drawing
– Understanding about IE (Industrial Engineering)
– Understanding about SMT process, PTH, AI processes, backend, and Assembly box build.
– Understanding Hardness cable assembly
Language:
– English writing, reading, listening, and speaking (for communicate with Customer from various countries)
Computer:
– Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Email using skill
Program/Project Management
– Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)
– Job planning and time management
– Experience in leading the team and work assignment for team members.
