Mô tả công việcReports to: Plant DirectorLocation: Ha Nam, VietnamScope of work:• To lead the different areas of production within the plant covering Manufacturing, Tooling & Maintenance, and Production Training to be able to meet the set operations target for Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost• To lead and ensure the continuous improvement process through the use of lean and six sigma tools• Ensure employee and customer satisfaction through operation excellence.Responsibilities:• Setting up of an effective organizational structure and lead adequate development, retention and training for staff, to ensure the related areas of production are well equipped for current and future challenges• Evaluate prepare and monitor budget for headcount, controllable cost and investments for the related production area• Set up the objectives related to the are of Manufacturing, Tooling & Maintenance and Production Training in alignment with the plant objectives and supervise their accomplishment• Ensure safety and quality standards are lived within the team.• Plan, lead and control the manufacturing process according to planning and budget, and take corrective action if necessary, in order to ensure customer demand fulfilment regarding quality, quantities, cost and delivery time.• Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.
