We’re hiring a Senior Laboratory Examiner (Garment, ID 17334) for a foreign-invested company.
Ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with established standards and customer specifications to meet all requirements.
Allocate available workforce efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
Stay informed about any issues arising from raw materials in production, and collaborate with relevant departments (both internal and external) to resolve these issues promptly.
Maintain and update all relevant charts for the LAB.
Identify and facilitate training and development needs within the respective areas.
Assist the department manager by providing necessary information as required.
Perform additional tasks and duties aligned with the current role, as requested by management.
Requirement
Gender: Male/Female, Age: 30-45 years old
Graduated from university with a major in Textile Engineering, Dyeing, Fabric Technology, or Garment Manufacturing
At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Lab, focusing on fabric inspection, material inspection in a garment manufacturing factory
Must have previous management experience and have managed a team.
