Mô tả việc làm(1) BROAD SCOPE: – Coordinating and arranging export shipments according to committed customer and job requirements. – Supporting the colleagues in solve all issued jobs from operation. (2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: – Receiving Production Plan from SEV, SDV, SEVT, SDIV and send to 3PLs to make exported plan. – In charge of handling cargo via FWDR.. – Checking space of airlines base on 3PLs Export Planning for arranging SEV, SDV, SEVT cargo daily. – Receiving SEV, SDV, SEVT D/O list from Production Planning team and send to 3PLs. – Responsible for checking SR combine request from forwarder and sending to SEV, SDV, SEVT. – Make sure to combine maximize D/O for SR combine. – Sending Customs Clearance request to ALSB. – Requesting Inland Trucking from SEV to ALSB and ALSB to Noi Bai Airport. – Following D/O list status to make sure all D/O will be ship out on time – Contact 3PLs and related partner to handling cargo of Customer without mistake. – Responsible for receiving B/L from 3PLs. Check B/L details and send to SEV, SDV, SEVT side. – Daily generating AR/AP for settlement. – Co-operative with colleagues to handle SEV, SDV, SEVT, SDIV cargo as well. – Following requirement of Duties from Manager for finishing daily jobs.Yêu cầu tuyển dụng(3) REQUIREMENTS: (a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: – University graduated/ main major: Logistics/ commercial/ trade/ accountant.
