Building & Contents Management:
• Responsible for the general maintenance report for repair of buildings and walls, floors, roofs, ingress and exits to buildings
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of air- conditionings, central heating, general lighting, plumbing and electrics
• Responsible for the supply, maintenance and repair of room furnishings
• Responsible for building interior and exterior decoration
• Responsible for supply, removal and storage of movable items such as tables and chair
• Responsible for the maintenance & repair of site changing room and warehouse office – including locker- room, showers, WCs
• Ensures necessary maintenance records are kept for warehouse office maintenance.
Infrastructure Management:
• Responsible for perimeter walls and fencing
• Responsible for external lighting
Installation supervisor of warehouse office and chill room, racking and painting layout
Warehouse support:
• Receipt/ Deliver the goods/ POS and Invoice printing if have request.
• Making HSE and PPE’s monthly report
• Booking training HSE for 3rd Party if have request

Probation: 2 months (full salary)
Working time: Monday – Friday

Educational / minimum requirements:
Education & Experience
• Engineering degree or high school diploma
• 2-3 years’ experience within a managing workplace infrastructure and building
• Experience of dealing with service contractor
Language Skills
• Fluent in local language
• Effective in English (spoken and written)
