1. Operate, manage and develop the Operation Dept. of the Company.
2. Be responsible for working with the Customers, Customs Agency and transport companies.
3. Manage and monitor process of goods delivery.
4. Be responsible for handling of risk situations encountered during the delivery and dealing with customers’ complaints.
5. Provide timely information to the relevant departments to ensure that the goods, documents, records are delivered completely and on time.
6. Report periodically to the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
1. Graduate from University with related fields.
2. Master in the field of forwarding and logistics. Understand the general policy of the State, industry and enterprises in assigned areas.
3. Proficiency in Chinese and English.
4. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. Good organization and management skills.
