– Responsible for production/material planning, scheduling and control.
– Creates production schedule and prioritize work orders for production optimization
– Liaise with Production and Engineering on capacity/resource planning to ensure production plans are met with optimal utilization of capacity.
– Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer demands / expectations
– Work closely with Procurement for timely materials availability to support NPI production build plans.
– Work closely with Product Engineer to launch new products for production build
– Follow up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedules and customer expectations
– Analyze and prepare documents needed for production
– Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finish goods demand
– Complete status reports for production progress, work in process and raw material inventory
– Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
– Experience in NPI planning would be an added advantage
– Graduated from University (Foreign Trade, National Economic, Banking Academy, Commercial is prefer)
– Fluent English and good computer skills (MS. Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Knowledgeable in MRP/ERP
– At least 2-3 year experience in the same position
