Trainee Recruitment:
Develop and execute strategies to attract high-potential candidates for KOTO’s vocational training programs.
Organize recruitment campaigns, outreach initiatives, and partnerships with schools, relevant organizations, and local businesses to raise awareness about KOTO’s programs.
Oversee the recruitment process, including managing applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ suitability for KOTO’s programs.
Coordinate and lead recruitment events and information sessions to engage prospective trainees.
Implement and manage selection criteria, ensuring that candidates align with KOTO’s mission and values.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future intakes, keeping engagement through newsletters, follow-up communications, and ongoing outreach activities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that recruitment materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content, are updated and effectively represent KOTO’s programs.
Develop partnerships with other vocational training programs and youth organizations to increase the diversity and quality of applicants.
Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process by gathering feedback, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Internship Arrangement:
Collaborate with industry partners to secure internship opportunities for trainees as part of their professional development.
Develop structured internship programs that offer valuable learning experiences and potential career pathways.
Monitor trainees during their internships, providing support and resolving any challenges that may arise.
Ensure that internships align with the trainees’ skills, training, and career goals, while also meeting the needs of the partnering businesses.
Maintain strong communication with both trainees and employers throughout the internship period.
Job Placement:
Build and maintain relationships with businesses, hospitality partners, and other industry stakeholders to secure job opportunities for KOTO graduates.
Coordinate job placements for trainees by matching skills with employer requirements.
Monitor and follow up on placement progress, ensuring trainees are successfully integrated into the workforce.
Oversee the Career Support and Development:
Provide coaching, interview preparation, and CV writing assistance for trainees.
Offer guidance on job search strategies, including online platforms, networking, and professional development.
Assist in the development of career readiness workshops or other initiatives to enhance trainees’ employment prospects.
Employer Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture relationships with current and potential employers.
Act as the primary point of contact between KOTO and employers regarding job placements, internships, feedback, and employer satisfaction.
Work with employers to understand their hiring needs and offer relevant support to both the employer and the trainee.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Track placement rates, job retention, internship completion, and the success of trainees post-placement.
Collect feedback from both employers and trainees to improve recruitment and placement strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment, internship, and placement activities to management.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, job placement, internship management, or human resources, preferably in a social enterprise or nonprofit environment.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality, retail, and service industries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of people.
Passionate about youth empowerment and social change.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure.
Familiarity with Vietnamese labor market trends and employer needs is a plus.
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
Desirable Skills:
Experience in coaching or mentoring.
Strong network of employer contacts.
Familiarity with recruitment software or databases.

Working condition:
Work Hours: Your regular work hours will be from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at the KOTO Training Centre in Phat Tich, Tien Du, Bac Ninh. Additionally, there may be occasional travel required for on-site visits.
Transportation: The company provides a bus service to pick up staff from Hong Tien Street, Long Bien, Hanoi, and transport them to the Training Centre.
